Welcome to my Kitchen!
Hi, I’m Jeff Suddaby, chef and host of the cooking show, Who’s Coming for Dinner! From the Kitchen today, we are making rice, light, fluffy and bursting with flavour.
- The first step is to ensure – if you are cooking 1 cup of rice, use 2 cups of liquid. Today, our liquid consists of chicken stock, red pepper jelly, chillies and raisins.
- Add the rice. Cook until the liquid is absorbed on medium heat.
- When cooked, the rice will flake apart using a fork.
- Sprinkle with feta cheese and serve.
