Mexican Pork Loin Roast

Hi, I’m Jeff Suddaby, chef and host of the cooking show, Who’s Coming for Dinner! From the Kitchen today, we are cooking Mexican Pork Loin Roast, great for Sunday night dinner.
- Simply trim the fat from the pork and place into a roasting pan.
- Mix garlic, red chillies, cinnamon, cloves, and cider vinegar.
- Sprinkle the mixture onto the pork.
- Roast for approximately 90 minutes on 350º
- Carve and serve with your favourite fruit chutney.
