Hi, I’m Jeff Suddaby, chef and host of the cooking show, Who’s Coming for Dinner! From the Kitchen today, we are enhancing the flavour of “Popeye’s favourite” Spinach!

·        Simply remove the stems.
·        Wash thoroughly.
·        Heat a large skillet and pour enough water to cover the bottom. Season with salt.
·        Add the spinach and toss lightly just enough to warm the spinach.
·        Serve warm or let it cool.
·        Add your flavour toppings and dressings.

Now we have spinach with amazing flavour.  Even “Popeye” would whistle his pipe over this enhancement!
