Caught in the cool waters of Lake Huron off the shores of Manitoulin Island, the world's largest freshwater lake island.

Whitefish is referred to as 'King of the Lakes' fish because it is so delicious! This wild (not farmed) fine textured and flaky white meat has a lovely mild flavour.

We are thrilled to offer this fresh quality product every weekend. Order the whitefish baked, broiled or corn-fried complimented with our own tarter sauce or Chipotle Seafood sauce! The whitefish is served with 'just right' seasoned smashed potatoes with fresh grilled vegetables and hot rolls & butter.
